Rob, the Yeshuah that I know, would never break His second commandment to "not make graven images of anything in Heaven, earth, or under the water", in order, as You posited on last weeks Virtual Church "To prove that He rose from the dead". You even stated a few weeks ago on the subject of the Shroud that the Man in the Shroud was above average height. In Isaiah 53, Yah tells Us that Messiah will look like anyone else in the crowd, nothing special or remarkable. I never said that You were worshiping the Shroud, just giving it credence. But, You quickly said, "I am not worshiping it, only Roman Caths. do that. They worship anything. Well, when Constantine and crew put the church together, they took that commandment of no graven images out of the commandments so that they could replace their Roman Pantheon with "Saints" to worship. They never told Roman Catholics that they Had changed Yah's most Holy Word, and until the advent of the printing press, even the Great Protestants did not realize that they had the wrong set of Commandments. Yah cares about the souls of Roman Catholics also, You do not know how many thousands of God fearing Roman Catholics risked their lives hiding Jewish Children and families, many of them lost their lives when discovered. Gregory Peck made a film about an Irish Priest who was working out of the Vatican who is known to have saved some 900 Jews, American Soldiers and Resistance in Italy in WW2.from the Nazi occupation. Christ said that no one could do a greater thing than to lay down His life for another, just as He did for Us.
Yah has charged me with keeping on You like a gadfly as You suggested that He would break His Own Commandment, because Yah has given You a platform in which people.who are trying to find the Real Christ, think that You are some authority. You have made Our Savior sound more like Alister Crawley "Do as thou Wilt". You need to repent to Your audience, not mislead them. As said in The Book of Job: "The Lord giveth and the Lord taketh away".
Zen, when You are speaking the Truth as You do when You talk of the relevance of the Targums, One who has as Christ said, "The eyes to see and ears to hear" will see that You are not deviating from the scripture of the known Bible, and accept it. Personally, I can not accept that the Holy Spirit had a sex, as I have never read in any of the Gospels where Yeshuah said that it was a woman, and I have never in my life thought of anything that was "Spirit" as anything but an essence of truth, as a child I played sports, and We had "Team Spirit". In Scripture I see the Holy Spirit as Tongues of Fire that surrounded the Crystal Palace in The Book of Enoch and those same flames of fire as You know appeared above the heads of many who were taken by the Truth., which is the Word Of God . But, when You are speaking the sure Truth, I am aware of it and I really appreciate your research and work and enjoy listening to You very much.
