Getting into what "stuff"? It doesn't matter what this guy thinks, even if we stay strictly in The Bible as written, which is The Truth, we will still be hated by the world. And Jesus told us this is how it would be in the last days (Mark 13). Jesus gave those who believe on Him power to cast evil spirits away from us, in Jesus' Name (Luke 10:17-20).
And where is this 'Jesus came to serve us' stuff coming from? That's not why Jesus came; He came meek as a Lamb to die on the cross for the remission of the sins of those who believe on Him. At His future 2nd coming, He is not going to be like that. When Jesus returns, He is going to be wielding a sword that cuts both ways, and is bringing His Army from Heaven with Him, and He will subdue all His enemies (Revelation 16; Revelation 19; Zechariah 14; Jude 14-15).

Jesus went to the cross for a reason. If I sin, confess it and repent I am forgiven. If he is still holding it against us then he went to the cross for nothing. How can someone come to Jesus and have faith our sins are forgiven. I dont want any part of it if there isn't hope that my sins are forgiven.
